February 7, 2008 - My daughter took off work and her and I decided to do some geocaching.
Our first stop was "Al's Cache" which is in Wesleyville somewhere behind the post office and the VFW but we didn't find it. We will try again when it's not so cold and less snow on the ground.

The next one we went to was "It's Out There"

You've got to be kidding? It's cold and this plastic is hard & frozen, GPS said it's here! But where?

We looked down the end of the yellow tube and saw something black. So I felt around and there it was.
At first I was frustrated trying to get it out. Because of the cold and the hard plastic. Once found and log signed and put back I had to laugh and say what an ingenious hide!

On our way again to "BBTT Moreheadville Cache"

GPS went straight to the cache. Bag was wet and everything inside. Dried the stuff off and put in a clean bag. Left a hockey keychain and took a prayer coin.

"NOVA Micro #47"
Didn't Find
GPS took us to park roadway and said it was "right  there".
Well maybe we will come back in the summer when we got a dry spell. Water really high and if GPS is right, it's WAY under  there. Boots or not, you'll get wet!

On to "Go West Young Man"

3rd find of the day. Lucky traffic was light, almost missed the grape vines. Didn't trust the road parked on the side of the highway. Had to keep my guard up, big trucks whooshing by.  Great magnet on this little cache.
On to the next one "Union Station All Board"   Parked right inside the gate as we didn't know where the road was. Walked around the building to the back.
Visited the Elevator before finding the cache hanging around out front.

"Seaway Trail # 8"    Didn't Find"

GPS took us right to the door but we couldn't see anything that looked like a cache, a Micro or otherwise. Nice view of Lake Erie.

Our next one "Hide and Seek" was an easy find.

Can you see it there? Marg took a picture of me reaching for it
Supposed to be an Ammo Box This is Tupperware Brought it to the car. Everything WET. Dried it out and signed  the log. Took a Hollywood California Travel Bug,  Left Simpson Zombie Travel Bug.
"New York Seaway Trail #10 - Southside"
Didn't find

"New York Seaway Trail #11 - Persons Road"
Didn't find

Well that's enough for one day.
